The in-person Resident Training portion of the Professional Studies Years 1 and 3 programs is held at the Convento Santíssima
Trindade in Santo Amaro, São Paulo, Brazil. Although situated within the bustling capital of São Paulo, the Convento provides an
oasis of peace and tranquility to all in our community, with its warm meeting rooms situated in an historic building surrounded by
beautiful gardens and fruit trees. The Convento is only a few blocks away from the Alto da Boa Vista subway station in Santo
Amaro. It is approximately five kilometers from São Paulo/Congonhas Airport and 40 kilometers from Guarulhos International
Airport.
During the in-person class weeks*, the Barbara Brennan School of Healing utilizes the uniquely designed rooms within the
Convento’s meeting space. The classes meet in either the Nossa Senhora de Guadalupe or the Nossa Senhora da Paz meeting
rooms.
During Resident Training, the space becomes a wonderful, vital community that provides an invaluable support system for the
students studying there. Because of the nature of the intensity and complexity of Resident Training, we strongly recommend that
students stay in São Paulo during the in-person resident training and, if possible, reasonably close to the meeting venue.
